Travel to Vietnam DELAYED due to Covid-19
Sadly, our plans have been delayed a bit due to Covid-19. Travel to Vietnam is very restricted at the moment and even those Vietnamese nationals who are allowed to enter the country are now required to quarantine for 21 days . So we have had to delay our plans to try to travel to Vietnam. Our new plan is to travel to Panama City, Panama until January 2022, with hopes of being able to move to Vietnam before Lunar New Year. We have our tickets to Panama, and I have us a nice hotel booked for our first week in the country. My goal is to spend the first week looking for an apartment to rent for 5 months, and then try our hands at living like retirees in Panama. I have no intention of choosing to stay in Panama permanently, but since Covid-19 is delaying our relocation to Vietnam, Panama is a cost effective alternative. So, stay tuned and come along for the 5-month detour to sunny Panama City.
